Reynolds Lights Display: Reasons To Say Thank You!

Posted on

We are humbled by all of those that were able to stop by or drive-thru our annual free Christmas lights display. From the kind phone calls and e-mail messages to the social media posts or in-person conversations, we’re grateful to keep this annual tradition going in honor of Christmas. The 2019 lights display will turn on Tuesday, November 26th.

As most of you know, for the past several years, we are partnered with the Fishers “Come-To-Me” Food Pantry, a local food pantry that provides hands-on results to thousands of individuals and families in Hamilton County. Our partnership is simple; we invite the pantry volunteers to collect any free-will monetary and non-perishable goods on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings at the gates of our free Christmas lights display. This year, your donations made another significant impact to the community. According to Don Greenlee of the food pantry, they collected $32,800 in monetary donations and 378 lbs. of non-perishable donations!

Thank you for your generosity; your giving. Your donations are going to serve those in need. For more information about the Fishers “Come-To-Me” Food Pantry, or to make a donation or get involved, visit https://fishersumc.org/foodpantry/

Happy New Year!
