Get to Know Reynolds Farm Equipment newest intern, Sneha Jogi with these fun facts as told by Sneha herself!

1. Background:

My 3 F’s consist of Fishers, FFA, and Family. I wasn’t introduced to the agriculture industry until my sophomore year in high school when I joined FFA. Throughout high school I was a varsity football manager, 4-H member, and National Honors Society member, but FFA was where I spent most of my time. There’s no doubt that FFA presented me with the courage and confidence that made me the person I am today. As I grew within the organization, I took on more leadership roles and opportunities like competing in a range of leadership development events and serving as a 2016-2017 Indiana FFA State Officer.

2. Free time:

Free time is a rare treasure in my schedule but when I do come across free time, I like to fill it by helping my home FFA chapter grow, spending quality time with my dog, or watching a good football or basketball game (preferably games consisting of the Colts, Purdue Boilermakers, and SEC Colleges).

3. On The “Grind”:

Because free time doesn’t come around too often, I’ve probably invested enough money into Starbucks to own one. You could say I’m a coffee addict.

4. Future:

I’m beyond excited yell “Boiler Up” as I begin my journey at Purdue University where I’ll double major in Agricultural Communications and Sales and Marketing and minor in International Studies in Agriculture. My intent is to use my education to share the purpose and impact of the agriculture industry nationally and internationally.

5. Why:

A lot of people become confused when I tell them I was raised in Indianapolis and still developed a love for the agriculture industry. They don’t see the connection between a city kid and someone who spent all their time submerged in FFA. There is a reason I found a purpose in becoming involved in FFA, Reynolds, and the College of Agriculture at Purdue and it all goes back to my ‘why.’ A ‘why’ is the reason someone does what they do. Because I joined this [agriculture] industry, I discovered that my purpose is to positively encourage others to uncover the best version of themselves and to believe in the ability they possess.
