Shipping charges will be listed during checkout. International customers should contact Reynolds Farm Equipment for shipping charges. It is not possible to stock every single item that is featured on our web site. Some items may have to be ordered. Reynolds reserves the right to hold all merchandise, and ship the order complete. Customers may waive this and have partial orders shipped for additional shipping charges. We also reserve the right to substitute products with similar products in order to complete your order, should the need arise. Ordering & Shipping Policies:Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc. uses the most advanced encrypted and secure payment processing technology available. In order to provide this security, Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc. receives your payment via a secure payment processing center and do not have access to your credit card numbers. For this reason, once a customer places an order, your method of online payment is immediately charged. If a refund is required, we are able to refund your payment for 30 days from the original payment date only. All merchandise is payable is U.S. Funds through any of our convenient payment methods. We accept: PAYPAL, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express when paying online. We accept PAYPAL, Visa, Master Card, Discover, John Deere Credit and Farm Plan via phone. Money orders accepted by mail. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. International orders must be paid through Paypal’s online secure payment processing center. If you do not have a Paypal account, please visit www.Paypal.com to sign up for a free account. International customers should e-mail us with the products they want, and we will then send them an invoice through Paypal to the e-mail address they provide. The Paypal account and purchaser name must be the same. We will ship all orders outside of the United States via the most economical means possible. Most of our orders are shipped via United Parcel Service Ground. However, we may elect to ship an item via the United States Postal Service. If you use a P.O. Box in the billing information, please include a physical street address in the SHIP TO section of the check out. Military personnel with APO addresses are exempt. Customers wanting to have orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or any expedited services from the US Postal Service should call 1-800-382-9038 to find out the additional estimated costs. This additional charge will be billed to the customer. Comments & Special Instructions:When placing an order, you will see a Comments/Special Instructions area during check out. Please add any pertinent information you have about your order or any special request you may have for delivery. Return PolicyWe will gladly accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt for merchandise, as long as it is accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and all original tags. Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise must CONTACT US at info@reynoldsfarmequipment.com in order to receive a return authorization number. You must also provide a detailed reason for the return/exchange. The returned/exchanged merchandise will be shipped at the customer's expense. The final decision to issue or deny full credit will be made by Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc. All returned items and cancelled orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Special order items may not be returned. Customers may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on any returned parts! The replacement merchandise will be shipped from Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc. to the customer at customer's expense. Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc. will not charge shipping for items shipped in our error. We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. If any merchandise is received broken and/or missing, customer must contact the shipping company (not Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc.) for claims. Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged, broken, stolen, destroyed or misplaced by the shipping company, purchaser or an outside party. REYNOLDS FARM EQUIPMENT, INC. PRIVACY POLICYWe will not give or sell personal identity information to any other outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal identity information. Personal identity information from order forms is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotions to our visitors. This information may be transmitted to our other dealership locations and/or other business partners. It will be used only to support your customer relationship with us, Reynolds Farm Equipment, Inc. The only information we may provide an outside vendor may be your e-mail address. This information would be used by United Parcel Service to send you electronic notification of your package tracking number. UPS will not use this information for any other purpose.
