Monley, the co-founder of Chicago-based Silveus Financial, has served more than 20 years in agricultural markets developing and executing grain marketing strategies through futures, options and over-the-counter products at leading firms, including MF Global, AFI Commodities and LaSalle Group.

Monley is expected to speak at 11:35 a.m. and will serve as the closing keynote at the annual event, which is expected to welcome nearly 500 farmers.

Reynolds Harvest Clinic will begin at 9 a.m. and will include:
